These Terms & Conditions govern the admission, treatment, services, and use of facilities provided by NEW HOPE FOUNDATION – Best Nasha Mukti Kendra, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh (“Foundation,” “we,” “our,” “us”).
By seeking admission, using our services, or accessing our website, the patient and/or guardian agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Admission Policy
Admission is granted based on medical assessment, availability of facilities, and completion of required documentation. The Foundation reserves the right to refuse or discontinue admission if information provided is false, the patient poses a safety risk, or rules are repeatedly violated.
2. Nature of Treatment
Treatment includes medical care, counseling, therapy, and rehabilitation programs. Treatment outcomes vary from individual to individual; the Foundation does not guarantee complete or permanent recovery.
3. Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to follow all rules and schedules, maintain respectful behavior, and abstain from violence or illegal activities. Possession or consumption of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or restricted items (mobile phones, valuables, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to disciplinary discharge.
4. Fees & Payments
Fees must be paid in advance as per the agreed treatment plan. Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in writing. Additional medical or emergency expenses shall be borne by the patient/guardian.
5. Discharge & Termination
The Foundation may discharge a patient upon completion of the program, on request of the guardian (at their own risk), for serious misconduct, or if continued stay is medically inadvisable. No refund applies in cases of early or disciplinary discharge.
6. Medical Emergencies
In case of a medical emergency, the Foundation may provide immediate care or shift the patient to a hospital. All emergency and external hospital expenses are the responsibility of the patient or guardian.
7. Confidentiality & Privacy
Patient information is handled in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules, 2011. Confidential information is not disclosed except with consent, to authorized family, or when required by law.
8. Personal Belongings
The Foundation is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings. Patients are advised not to carry valuables such as cash, jewelry, or electronic devices.
9. Use of Photographs & Testimonials
No photographs, videos, or testimonials of patients shall be used for promotional purposes without explicit written consent.
10. Website Usage
Website content is for general informational purposes only. Unauthorized copying is prohibited, and the Foundation is not liable for technical errors or third-party links.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Foundation shall not be held liable for personal decisions taken by the patient after discharge, relapse, post-treatment outcomes, or loss caused by non-compliance with rules.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.
13. Amendments
NEW HOPE FOUNDATION reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates shall be effective upon publication or notice.
